Collioure
This cuvée is very limited...a couple of handred cases at most.
It is a concentrated red made from Syrah and Grenache. We are very happy with the results for Syrah on the great terroir of Collioure.
They provide fantastic power and structure in this wine, which is a rich, extracted wine that is aged in oak (with some new barrels) for over a year.
