The Roussillon is at the Southern tip of France, bordered by the Mediterranean and the mountain range of the Pyrenées. In a small corner of the region lie Collioure and Banyuls, with their distinctive steep terraced slopes of Schist rock.

Fierce sunshine is tempered by cooling mountain winds, and the old vines dig deep for precious water. Here we hand-craft wines from the old bush vines of low-yielding, traditional grape varieties.

TRUE TERROIR
Here the reds take on mineral and savoury notes, the whites a tangy, licorice character. The ancient vineyards, the unique climate and the art of the winegrower all combine to give a special sense of place.
